Inside A Bold, LA-Inspired Townhouse Filled With Colour + Art

Even with its sleek and modern interiors, this Toorak residence was at the time portion of an old 1930s mansion.

Jewel tones deliver a perception of drama to the kitchen, wherever a deep eco-friendly marble splashback and curved stone island bench are entire with a teal velvet curtain. The courtyard was also overhauled with a Palm Springs-influenced vibe thanks to a retro outdoor placing and new landscaping by Ayus Botanical.

In dwelling space, dusty pink panelling and modern day art enrich the daring environment, whilst the doorway to a glamorous blue powder home is concealed within the timber clad staircase. Bianca claims the refreshed Monomeath Dwelling is reminiscent of a lavish hospitality venue – noting how the vast, moody stairway to the garage feels like ‘you’re walking down to the basement cinema or bar’.

‘I enjoy how the room would make you feel’ Bianca provides. ‘It’s not also critical and reminds us all that your house can be whatever you want it to be!’
