Florida’s Neal Land Ventures Becomes Neal Land & Neighborhoods
Neal Land & Neighborhoods, formerly known as Neal Land Ventures, said Monday it has rebranded to reflect the company’s renewed focus on land and community development in Florida.
The community and master land planning organization will acquire, entitle and develop land parcels throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties and will sell finished home sites to interested new home builders.
The company currently owns several thousand acres of land approved for more than 9,000 residential homes and mixed-use areas. The newest community by Neal Land & Neighborhoods, called North River Ranch, is located north of the Manatee River in Parrish.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods has identified premier builder partners to bring the project to life, including David Weekley Homes, Neal Communities, KB Home, Homes by WestBay, Centex and Park Square Homes, with new opportunities coming soon.
Construction is underway on the first of six phases with more than 900 homes planned across two neighborhoods, Brightwood and Riverfield. Home prices will range from $200,000 to $400,000 and will start at approximately 1,400 square feet to over 3,200 square feet. The community will open during the Spring of 2020. It is located off Moccasin Wallow Road and U.S. 301 between Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota.
