This time last year, although the nation was not quite in a national lockdown yet, there was a unique and untold uncertainty of how to celebrate Mothers day with upcoming Covid-19 restrictions.
This year, during the UK’s third lockdown, the challenges of the pandemic still present itself with many still unable to see their mums on the day.
Despite the setbacks, retailers have still launched campaigns and have several offers for those who choose to celebrate the day. Many are offering same day delivery or click-and-collect services.
Flowers have always been a simple and inspired gesture for mother’s day with the choice being very personal.

The findings of the 4,250 people from across the country revealed some of the most well-loved spring time classics are still favourite.
Roses, naturally, came out at top of the poll with 22%. Sunflowers, one of the nation’s favourites, came out second at 18% closely followed by the tulip at 15%. Last but not least lillies lay fourth at 12%.
