Tropicana Corp offering RM519,000 Edelweiss SOFO unit as grand prize in Multi-Million Mania campaign
PETALING JAYA (Jan 20): Tropicana Corp Bhd is collaborating with Tropicana Gardens Mall in launching its Multi-Million Mania campaign, which offers millions of ringgit worth of prizes and vouchers for home seekers and shoppers, as well as a grand prize of a RM519,000 high-rise unit (452 sq ft) at Edelweiss SOFO, Tropicana Gardens.
According to a statement on Thursday (Jan 20), the campaign will run from Jan 21 to May 22. Every purchase of a Tropicana property within the campaign period will entitle buyers to 10 entries in the Grand Draw. The event will be held at Tropicana Gardens Mall in June.
Tropicana Corp group managing director Dion Tan said the campaign is the company’s way of giving back to property purchasers and shoppers.
“Aside from ringing in the new year, Multi-Million Mania is also well-timed as Malaysians re-think their living and working spaces in the new normal, with renewed demand for the right properties. Through Multi-Million Mania and our Grand Draw Prize, we aim to showcase how Tropicana caters to this demand with our proven DNA focusing on generous open spaces, innovative concepts and designs, and connectivity, among other features,” Tan added.
The statement said, “Shoppers can look forward to daily shopping vouchers giveaway as well as the Grand Draw. Each spend of RM100 in up to two receipts daily at Tropicana Gardens Mall will entitle shoppers to one token and one stamp on an entry card for the Grand Draw. Each token allows participation in the vending machine and stands a chance to win shopping vouchers worth RM20, RM50, and RM100 issued by selected Tropicana Gardens Mall stores, while 10 stamps collected on an entry card entitle participants to one entry in the Grand Draw. Tropicana is also giving away RM1 million worth of shopping vouchers.”
Edelweiss SOFO is a high-rise tower with integrated serviced residences, comprising the final phase of the Tropicana Gardens, which is an integrated development in the heart of Kota Damansara. The SOFO units feature open, flexible layouts suitable for both office spaces and contemporary, urban studio residences. The project also complies with GreenRE Silver standards and encourages greener lifestyles through features such as low-emissivity glass and electric vehicle charging stations.
Tan also shared that in conjunction with Chinese New Year, the company is also offering Instant Angpau worth up to RM8,888 for purchases of selected units across Malaysia. Participating projects include Edelweiss SOFO & Residences at Tropicana Gardens; Twinpines at Tropicana Grandhill; Assana at Tropicana Cenang; SouthPlace Residences at Tropicana Metropark; Freesia Residences, Triana & Aman 1, at Tropicana Aman; and Aster Heights at Tropicana Uplands.
